A unique and exciting cookery course aimed to introduce children to seasonal food, foraging, preparing and trying game.
Taught by young chef and cookery teacher Jess Noy a.k.a The Gamekeepers Daughter, who has appeared on CBBC's Incredible Edibles cooking squirrel and has several years experience teaching children.
The session will include cookery demonstrations, hands on game preparation, cooking a variety of savoury and sweet dishes and of course lots of goodies to take home and sample.
Sample dishes: mini venison burgers with english slaw, root veg crisps, hedgerow lemonades, kentucky fried squirrel ! (subject to availability)
